Spring driving ?  We have all heard of winter driving, but there are plenty of obstacles for drivers in the spring as well.  Be careful on the roads.  The constant rise and dip in temperatures creates fog often during the spring, and greatly reduces visibility on the roads.  Rain can also create driving challenges for visibility and safety.  Make sure your tires are properly inflated and have adequate tread to avoid hydroplaning.  Most importantly, remember to slow down in these conditions, the speed limit is the max speed of travel when road conditions are ideal.
